Following the formation of our dedicated technical team earlier this year, our customers are already seeing the financial benefit of our blended approach to commercial and technical support.
Led by our in-house Product Development Manager, John Dye, and supported by Technical Co-ordinator, Kathryn Wheat, we are delighted to have added an apprentice, Sarah Camm to the team, and will be recruiting another apprentice imminently.
The team has already completed multiple pallet re-design assignments to help design out cost whilst maintaining pallet integrity, and there are some really positive results and potentially massive cost savings to be achieved.
